Provider-connection role

Seattle Cold Care is a service-request and provider-connection website. It is not the refrigeration contractor performing the work. If you submit a request, we may share it with selected independent local service providers, subject to your consent. Service availability is not guaranteed.

Independent providers control whether to respond, what services they offer, their coverage, diagnosis, scheduling, pricing, terms, warranties, and work authorization. Any agreement for services is between you and the independent provider.

Information, not diagnosis

Website content is general information intended to help businesses describe refrigeration concerns. It is not a technical diagnosis, food-safety determination, quote, professional advice, or instruction to perform regulated, electrical, refrigerant, or hazardous work.

Your request

You are responsible for providing information you are authorized to share and for avoiding sensitive personal information. Submitting a request does not guarantee provider contact, availability, timing, pricing, repairability, or an outcome.

Safety and product decisions

Follow the facility’s safety and food-handling procedures and applicable official guidance. Contact emergency services or the appropriate authority when a situation presents an immediate danger. Seattle Cold Care does not decide whether food or other product is safe to keep, use, or serve.

Website availability

The website may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, Seattle Cold Care does not guarantee that the site or any connection request will be uninterrupted or error-free.
