This policy explains the information Seattle Cold Care receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Service-request information
When you submit a request, the form may collect your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, Seattle service location or ZIP code, equipment category, symptom, urgency category, access preference, and any details you choose to provide.
Seattle Cold Care uses this information to organize your request and, only with your required consent, may share it with selected independent local service providers who may contact you about the request. Service availability is not guaranteed.
Form processing
Requests are processed through Formspree. Formspree receives the information submitted through the form under its own privacy and security practices. Do not submit financial information, medical information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. The site may then measure controlled page, form-start, successful-request, and phone-link activity. Names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, ZIP codes, access details, and free-text messages are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can clear the site’s browser storage to reset that choice.
Attribution and technical information
The form may include the landing path, allowlisted campaign labels, and referring hostname to help understand how the request arrived. Raw referring URLs and query strings are not intentionally submitted as analytics data.
Retention and access
Information may be retained as reasonably needed to process requests, address misuse, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. Independent providers and Formspree control information they receive under their own practices.
